The epic journey from my house to Alton Towers

In this lesson we used multimap to map out the distance and time it would take to travel in a car from my house in Peterborough to Alton Towers.

We have sent and recieved text messages, used instant messaging & sent emails. We used shorthand messaging and then decoded it to normal english.

How E-mail works

Email is basically a message that is transcripted into code and then sent between servers.

My opinions on the I.C.T. course

During the last 3 weeks of I.C.T. lessons the opinion i have made from the course so far is that it is all very relevant. All the content we are studying is very 21st century and the books we are using are reasonably up to date (for once haha). For example most of the content we have studied so far revolves around relatively new technologies such as e-books and most e-commerce websites. The book also seems to focus on the way we are now using technology more and more every day, and it features items such as apple iPod's.
